Stacy Jones

It’s Time For Change!

Passionate. Assertive. Tenacious.

Stacy Jones is no stranger to provoking and enforcing change in the political climate. As an alumni of the University of Memphis and University of West Alabama, he has had his hands in assisting with former President Barack Obama’s re-election campaign in 2012. What really inspired him to run for Alderman of Ward 2 in Olive Branch is his experience while in the hospital battling cancer in 2007. He was expected to do a 2 year treatment but his faith in God allowed him to walk away in 6 months cancer free. Obama’s message of HOPE stirred up in Jones. From that point forward, he made it his business to position himself to serve his community and impact where he lives, providing HOPE for unity.

The current political climate of Olive Branch is one that is in dire need of diversity. By running for Alderman of Ward 2, Jones has listened to the voices of the residents and has identified the need for improvement in the following areas:

  • Youth Empowerment
  • Better Public Works
  • Business Development
  • Community Safety
